Top Dating Tips Online

Online dating is becoming the norme these days among the People. For those unfamiliar with the process, it's basically an online members club for single people who want to meet new people. It's a pretty clever idea that means you can meet lots of new people in your own time as and when you want.

Becoming a member of an top dating tips online site involves a couple of simple steps:

- Creating a profile of yourself online, such as your age, likes, dislikes, interests, etc

- Uploading a photo of yourself (optional) for people to see who you are.

Once you have a profile, you can then search other people in your area or with your interests and get in touch with them using the messaging service provided by the online dating site.

The beauty is you don't have to give away any personal details to other members, everything is done in the confines of the site, so you maintain your privacy and confidentiality as long as you want. Another advantage to online dating is that you can contact people as and when you like in your own time. It spares you the pressure of having to meet everyone you want to in one go as you would at a dating event!

There is no need to suspect everyone of being dishonest but it is generally a good idea to keep personal safety in mind for that important initial meeting. Here is a list of safety tips that will provide some protection for online dating enthusiasts.

* Personal details should not be disclosed - surname, address, work details should be kept private as this will ensure anonymity. There is no reason for the other person to know these details until it has been established that they can be trusted. Much like in real life, it takes time to know and trust people.

* Staying in control - when to talk on the phone or meet in person, where to meet, etc - should happen when both parties feel comfortable and ready. If the other person is being too pushy, there is absolutely no obligation for you to comply.

* Meeting in a safe place - if meeting face to face for the first time, it is best to meet in an open, public and familiar place, even if the other person sounds like a genuine, trustworthy person. A walk or picnic in a remote area, going for a drive or a hike should be avoided.

* Logistics are important - work out how to arrive and leave and if the other person offers you a lift decline politely.

* Share with friends - a woman meeting an online date for the first time should tell a trusted friend or family member where she's going, with whom she is meeting and perhaps ask the friend to call her 10-15 minutes into the date to check that everything is OK.

* Common sense rules - anything that seems suspicious, weird or unsafe should be avoided at all times. Instinct or gut feelings should probably be heeded also. Being a little bit paranoid or looking silly in front of the other person is better than ending up in a potentially dangerous situation.

How do I develope a sense of humor around woman?
I've been talking with a woman I knew back in highschool. I read all these dating tips online talking about how woman like men who are funny. "The Cocky And Funny Shit." Im normally pretty dry when it comes to subjects but lately I've managed to get by with lots of questions. Girls love to talk about themselves. Alot. So the question is: What are some funny things to say "or ask" without loosing my mistique and interest.

Any Dating tips? Online or otherwise? Please help!?
I've been having a lot of trouble meeting women, well online anyway, since I don't really go out... I figure most of them just look at my picture and decide they're not into the way I look, since I get ignored often. Should I say forget about online dating and attempt to go out and meet women? I am worried I won't be any good at that since I feel I wouldn't know what to say or even where to meet women. Any ideas? Thanks!

Starting to feel distance with girl I'm dating. What do I do?
First date was incredible, lots of chemistry going on and huge confidence booster for me. She even called me right after our date to describe how wonderful things were that night and how she would want to go out again next week. Second date is now scheduled, but now she will barely respond to my texts or talk to me on the phone. She sounds MUCH less enthusiastic as she did before our first date. I don't know if I'm being too overbearing or too under bearing. I'm reading dating tips online and everything says to either 1) keep it cool, pretend she needs me more than I need her OR 2) don't be a pussy and just tell her how I feel. Two completely opposite tips. Any suggestions? Wow, I wonder if some of you guys even READ the question before answering...
